What year 745i do you have? If you have a Jetronic, there are procedures for adjusting the timing. I don't know if anyone has ever written them down. Certainly, they are knocking around inside Jens' and Don's noggin'.
TPS sensor adjustment is well described on www.745i.com.
Fuel enrichment is simple, providing you have the proper diagnostic equipment: an air/fuel mixture measuring device (best would be a dyno and an exhaust gas analyzer).
