What exhaust manifolds fit on this head? Will an M106 unit bolt on, TCD/Cartech style, or have to fab a header?

Here is the best photo I can find of an S38 manifold (this is actually an M88, but they are interchangable)
The head has 4 bolts/studs per cylinder on the exhaust side, where the 102/106 heads are just 2. Also the shape of the ports are way different...
