This is my first problem in owning the car for 4-5 years now. Anyone know a decent shop that will work on these beasts?? Thank you in advance. Vehicle bucks and shudders once boost gets above 6PSi. Car has a manual conversion, a performance chip (not sure whose), and a rising rate fuel pressure regulator. I'm happy to pay what it takes to get her running right, just need good quality work!!

Well, it is a matter of how much. Money if time is short and time if money is short. There are some guys on the east coast, most dealing with multi custom stuff. If you want it done I mean really done. Metric mechanic, korman, VAC and Miller motor sports are awesome retail guys. I have a good friend in North Carolina who has built a few of these engines in his shop and does big number custom jobs for those in the $$$ green in Nashville. Call Nelson Morales at Bimmerworks NC, 828 280 3175. Also Mike Miller is quite the guru, and also call The Metric Mechanic and ask for Jim, they provided me with custom rods pistons and alot of wisdom for my turbo engine in build.

Here's my 635 turbo in progress.....
