| 745 coolant level |
| Afshin-Switzerland | Hi guys,
Is that normal that my coolant level gets low every now and then, on warm days ?
Last sommer it used to do that because of a shot fan clutch (allways over heating a bit) replaced it and it was OK, since. But the weather got also straight colder. So, now these are kind of the very first "hot" days we have, since I replaced that fan clutch last year. The car doesn't over heat any more, but yesterday after a long ride on small country roads/towns, right before I got back home, that check panel started to signal a low coolant level. And it was indeed like two inches below normal (at hot).
Any idea ?
TIA, Afshin.

| Jon 86 745 MS | Have the system pressure checked. I would bet that you have a small leak at a hose clamp or something. It would be in a place that of course would be hard to spot. Try wiping your fingers around the end of all of your hoses.

| Afshin-Switzerland | Thanks Jon. I'll do, pressure check the system as soon as possible. But still curious, why did I never noticed any leaking on my garage's floor ?!! Checked once again and it's cleen like a hospital's floor...

evabrated.
Also check all seals on all sensors to the A housing

| Afshin-Switzerland | Excuse me Jens but which one is that A housing ? I allways been lucky and never had to worry about my sensors ... never been looking for/at them !
So, where is that A hose with all those sensors on it please ?
