The little bug that couldn't
dnliiiAfshin - On the way up the hill- the long twisting, turning hill, the VW didn't want to get out of the way. Finally I passed him hitting 18 pounds of boost at about 80-90 mph. Seems he didn't like it too much and came flying up on me at the turn. [Scottie says he had a hot engine in his car.] Well- guess he learned his lesson- the smoke started coming out and the oil was dripping. As he pulled over to the side of the road, all three 745i guys were laughing.
Afshin-SwitzerlandMany thanks, that's funny indeed! That makes one more on the long list of "victims" of our somehow "odd-looking" 745i's .... !!! OK, that was the guy with VW, but what's up with the Ferrari ?
JensAfshin! Come over here well show U what our clubs r all about :) Sincerely Jens
scottieWe had been following a beautiful red F355 for a while when traffic opened up on a two-lane. The driver of the Ferrari took the opportunity and opened her up and passed the slower traffic. But he was quite surprised to see three "old" BMWs right on his rear. And even more suprised when Don passed him at 105 mph! Scottie Sharpe San Jose CA Discussion Board SYSOP 84 745i 85 535i
